Meet Jess – our Skills Development Liaison for Crew

Jess plays a vital role in connecting with crew members to understand their training needs and preferences, ensuring that we deliver the most relevant and effective programs to support the ever-evolving industry.

Through regular set visits and collaboration with training reps from each guild, she stays in tune with the crew’s evolving skills requirements, liaising with training bodies to ensure alignment of training opportunities with industry demands. We love to see experienced crew members developing and delivering training whenever possible, passing on their valuable expertise and experience.

Jess is also passionate about supporting the next generation exploring careers in screen, as well as new entrants starting out, helping to create clear pathways and opportunities for progressing in the industry.
